Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in any workshop or using this website. By enrolling or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or enrolling in any training program offered by Mobile Phlebotomy Training, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Workshop Enrollment

Enrollment in a workshop is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your Zoom access link and preparation instructions. Enrollment is personal and non-transferable without prior written consent.

3. Payment Policy

All workshop fees are due at the time of enrollment. We accept payment through the methods available on our website. By completing a purchase, you authorize Mobile Phlebotomy Training to charge the applicable fee to your selected payment method.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital and live nature of our workshops, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed. If you are unable to attend a session you have paid for, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you with a future session, at our sole discretion.

5. Workshop Conduct & Participation

To ensure the best experience for all participants, you agree to:

• Join using a computer (laptop or desktop), not a mobile phone, as activities require full functionality
• Attend from a quiet, distraction-free environment
• Have a pen and notepad ready to take notes during the session
• Verify your local time zone prior to the event to ensure on-time attendance
• Conduct yourself respectfully toward the instructor and other participants

Please note: Technical support will NOT be available during live sessions. It is your responsibility to ensure your Zoom application and internet connection are working properly before the workshop begins.

6. Intellectual Property

All content presented during workshops, including but not limited to slides, materials, videos, and written resources, is the intellectual property of Mobile Phlebotomy Training. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share any workshop content without express written permission.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Mobile Phlebotomy Training does not guarantee any specific outcome, employment result, certification, or licensure as a result of completing a workshop. Results depend on individual effort and compliance with state-specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mobile Phlebotomy Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in our workshops or use of this website, including technical difficulties, loss of data, or service interruptions.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mobile Phlebotomy Training, its instructors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
